After getting this checkbook cover will never go back to the flimsy plastic ones normally supplied by my bank's check printing service. This cover easily holds a 40 check end stub checkbook and securely and easily snaps open or closed with an all metal snap. Stitching on leather is very even and has a high quality look and feel. I expect it to be with me for some time. Exceeded my expectations.

Every thing about this is well made , and I an so happy to have this .... my only complaint is that it is so stiff , that I have a very hard time fastening it . Could you make the snap larger or easier to close ?? I am considering cutting the plastic insert out to make it easier . Elizabeth Stadler

My cover arrived within a few days of placing my order through Amazon. It looks good and appears well-made from good quality material. The reason I did not rate it 5 stars is that it is slightly bigger than the cover it replaces and it just barely fits in my back pocket. It is not an exact replacement. The catalog info should provide its dimensions in case this would be a problem for someone. It is not a problem for me, but close to it.
